Quinceañera Information

ALL Quinceañera's are in English only.

Quinceañera: Is not a Sacrament, but a Celebration of Thanksgiving of Life and Faith crowned by God's blessing. 

Option 1 for Quinceañera Mass: Child is to be registered in the Confirmation program at St. Joseph the Worker Church at least a minimum of one year prior to the celebration, and have no more than 3 absences and have completed the payment for your tuition. Option 2 for Quinceañera Mass: provide a letter from the parish where the child is enrolled in Religious Education.

Cost: $750.00 to reserve the Mass, a deposit of $250.00 (non-refundable) the balance must be paid 2 months before the celebration. This cost is only for the church and Pastor stipend.  Choir fees are separate. Fees also cover the cost of the materials given in the class. 

Date and Time of Quinceañera: Saturdays at 10:00 am.

Choir: The office will provide the phone number of the Choirs so you can directly make the necessary arrangements for the celebration. Music must be liturgical. All fees for the music must be paid prior to the Quinceañera.

Cancellation: Deposits and payments are non-refundable, however, you have the right to postpone it another day.

Classes for Quinceañera: It is the requirement that the young woman attend 5 consecutive 2 hour-classes with the Quinceañera Instructor.

To Reserve the Date: Must be active, registered parishioner, and enrolled in the Confirmation Program 1 year prior to the celebration. Must have made First Holy Communion. Please provide copies of Birth certificate, and First Holy Communion certificate at time of booking. Please note that Religious Education Tuition must be paid in full prior to reserving the date. Must make an appointment with the Parish Office to secure a date. No reservations over the phone.
